We are pleased, therefore, to be able to offer you some of the best. These are whiskies which we have sourced and bottled ourselves and we can therefore vouch for the quality! These are not the everyday, sterile, crystal-clear whiskies which you might buy anywhere. All of our malt whiskies are bottled without the chill-filtering process which removes the natural proteins and oils so essential to the taste and texture of the finished product. Each cask of Single Malt Scotch Whisky we purchase is unlike any other - this means that you will not be able to buy whiskies like ours anywhere else- they are unique.

Beinn a'CheoBeinn a'Cheo (meaning mountain of mist in Scottish Gaelic) is one of our single malt scotch whiskies. The current bottling is an 18 year old from Mortlach Distillery in the Speyside Region. It is from Cask No 5142 and was bottled at the Scottish Liqueur Centre on 22nd December 2009 producing 557 bottles at a strength of 58.5%. |

The Carn Mor “CELEBRATION OF THE CASK” Glen Grant Distillery 1965, was distilled at Glen Grant Distillery in Morayshire on 29 March 1965. Since then, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky has matured in a Hogshead Cask (number 2136). It was bottled by the Scottish Liqueur Centre on 2 June 2008 at a strength of 47.5%abv - producing only 121 bottles. 
The Carn Mor “CELEBRATION OF THE CASK” Glen Grant Distillery 1965, was distilled at Glen Grant Distillery in Morayshire on 29 March 1965. Since then, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky has matured in a Hogshead Cask (number 2140. It was bottled by the Scottish Liqueur Centre on 2 June 2008 at a strength of 46.4%abv - producing only 155 bottles. 
The Carn Mor “CELEBRATION OF THE CASK” Glenburgie Distillery 1983, was distilled at Glenburgie Distillery on 26 October 1983. Since then, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky has matured in a Hogshead (number 9797). It was bottled by the Scottish Liqueur Centre on 8 September 2009 at a strength of 58.6%abv - producing only 212 bottles. 
The Carn Mor “CELEBRATION OF THE CASK” Macallan Distillery 1965, was distilled at Macallan Distillery in Speyside on 27 April 1965. Since then, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky has matured in a Cream Sherry Butt (number 2111). It was bottled by the Scottish Liqueur Centre on 2 June 2008 at a strength of 48.4%abv - producing only 384 bottles. 
The Carn Mor “CELEBRATION OF THE CASK” Macallan Distillery 1965, was distilled at Macallan Distillery in Speyside on 27 April 1965. Since then, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky has matured in a Fino Sherry Butt (number 2114). It was bottled by the Scottish Liqueur Centre on 2 June 2008 at a strength of 54.1%abv - producing only 484 bottles. 
The Carn Mor “CELEBRATION OF THE CASK” Strathclyde Distillery 1965, was distilled at Strathclyde Distillery in on 17 December 1965. Since then, this Single Malt Scotch Whisky has matured in two Bourbon Barrels (number s 84883 and 84884). It was bottled by the Scottish Liqueur Centre on 2 June 2008 at a strength of 41.2% abv - producing only 138 bottles.
