Once we have those details, we treat them responsibly as you would expect, ensuring that they cannot fall into the wrong hands.

3. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, using the following cards: VISA, VISA Delta, Mastercard, Diners Card, Switch.

4. Follow Up
Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order, or cancel it if you prefer.

5. Delivery
After processing an order (which can be delayed if we are out of stock of the products ordered in which case we will advise you), all orders are despatched using a next day courier service (Monday to Friday only) to most mainland destinations in the UK (outlying areas of the UK can take up to three/four days). Service to European and North American addresses take longer. We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses. To ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address.

6. Returns Policies
If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products) which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancellation. Any product returned must be within its original packaging.
If any products that we send to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.

7. Age Restriction
We can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol and products in your country of residence.

8. Availability
Supply is usually reliable for most products displayed at www.scottish-liqueur-centre.co.uk. Some of the whiskies shown are either not available because they are temporarily out of stock or because they may be one of only a few in the world. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly.

9. Taxes and Duties
Whisky, and other products sold at www.scottish-liqueur-centre.co.uk are subject to UK taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

10. Accuracy
While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.

due to technical problems outside of our control. Due to the nature of the Internet, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time, and we are therefore unable to guarantee entirely error-free access and services.

We collect some personal information in order to process and deliver any orders you make with us online, and also as part of the registration process for our mailing list form, so that we can contact you from time to time to let you know of offers that we are running.
