Ingredients:

Method: Drop two wedges of squeezed lime into a high ball glass, containing crushed ice. Add 5cl of Ginger Tam's Liqueur . Top up with cold ginger ale. Garnish with a fresh Scottish mint leaf.

A Hot Tin Roof is a zingy, summery cocktail. One cannot ignore that wonderful whisky aftertaste once the sweet but dry ginger and lime flavours have fizzled away. Ginger Tam's is the perfect base for a whisky cocktail, with no need to add any other spirit or liqueur.
